The Bush Smirk…what gives?

Radical, liberal, conservative, libertarian, or non-voter you’ve gotta ask yourself one question about Bush…what’s up with that smirk? Watch his delivery. When he’s saying the words he’ll be all intent and serious, but then as soon as the applause starts or there’s a pause this little smirk will creep across his face as if he’s sharing some internal joke with himself or just passed gas. Sometimes even during the delivery, his eyebrows will twitch as if he’s trying not to bust a gut laughing during a somber part. I’m not sure if this is accidental, an inadvertent anatomical twitch, or something else altogether. Thoughts? Ideas? Discuss.
